A Living Scenario Among Islands

At the heart of the city, this project is shaped around a central pond, where the landscape is conceived not as a passive green surface to be observed, but as an immersive ecosystem to be experienced, touched, and inhabited. The water body at the center functions as the primary element that both supports microclimatic balance and defines the spatial organization.

The islands emerging within the pond serve as semi-public landscape nodes, hosting diverse use scenarios and offering spaces for rest and contemplation. These islands are interconnected by an “Ecological Path”—a spine that moves across the water, inviting users to explore nature, slow down, pause, and engage with their surroundings.

Through plant diversity, seasonal transformation, and controlled permeability, the project evolves into a sustainable living system that supports ecological continuity while creating breathing spaces within the urban fabric.
