Aquacity
An examination of the project's site plan reveals that the building turns its back on the urban landscape and creates its view by facing inwards, forming a large-scale inner courtyard. While inner courtyards are generally designed with a focus on green spaces, in this project they are predominantly designed around the water surface. The "inner sea" approach has paved the way for the landscape design to develop within the framework of a coastal arrangement. Both the plant and architectural decisions have been shaped in line with this main idea.
The spaces that are the subject of landscape design consist of perimeter walls, entrance gates and squares, traffic routes and parking lots, building entrances, artificial ponds, shores and docks, and private gardens.

The artificial lake forms the visual focal point of the site. The northern shore includes high-traffic areas associated with the social facilities; wooden piers, a children's pool, water jets, and a jacuzzi are located in this area. Pergolas with tiered seating and membrane coverings serve passive recreation. The southern shore is characterized by a predominantly wooden pier promenade; rhythmic tree planting and interstitial squares provide spatial continuity. The eastern shore features an artificial beach and children's playgrounds, while the western shore has a calmer, more natural landscape with grassy slopes, aquatic plants, and bulbous gardens.
