Bosphorus City

The Sinpas Bosphorus City Landscape Project is designed in line with the "Living Bosphorus" concept. The aim is to bring the character and atmosphere of the Bosphorus neighborhoods into daily life. Yeniköy, İstinye, Paşabahçe, Emirgan, Bebek, Kanlıca, and other squares have been arranged with themes appropriate to their own identities. In the squares, a blend of classic and modern styles is achieved with granite cobblestones and andesite pavements. Children's playgrounds are planned according to age groups and enriched with water features and landscaping. Promenades, viewing terraces, and seating areas are designed to increase social interaction. Planting is supported by species native to the Bosphorus, aiming for aesthetic and seasonal diversity.

The project's sports and recreation areas are planned with the concept of "sports for all ages." Basketball, tennis, squash, and beach volleyball courts, as well as running and cycling tracks, have been designed. Alternative activities such as Pilates, yoga, and mini-golf have also been considered. The squares are conceived as social gathering points, each reflecting the spirit of the neighborhood it represents. The promenade aesthetically connects the different functional areas. Observation terraces enhance the experience of the Bosphorus view. Tree species appropriate to the neighborhood themes have been selected for the plant design. Accessible solutions for people with disabilities have been adopted, creating spaces that engage all five senses.
