Ege Boyu
Sinpaş EgeBoyu is a thematic residential development located in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, inspired by the concept “For Those Whose Hearts Remain in the Aegean.” Spanning 40,500 m², the project comprises 17 blocks and 644 residential units, bringing the intimate architectural character and lifestyle of Aegean towns into the urban context of Istanbul.
Defined by stone-clad facades, blue-and-white color palettes, bay-windowed houses, and bougainvillea, the project reflects the spirit of Alaçatı, Bodrum, and Çeşme. It aims to create a peaceful environment removed from the stresses of daily life, where a strong sense of community and neighborhood relations can thrive. A central village square, retail areas, swimming pools, walking paths, and children’s playgrounds support an active and socially engaging living experience.

The block layout of the project establishes a strong landscape spine centered around a large recreational area and integrated water features. While vehicular traffic is directed to a peripheral ring, the inner zone is designed as a pedestrian-priority environment, offering uninterrupted circulation.
Organic walking paths, bicycle routes, and plaza-like hardscape areas encourage social interaction. Cypress and olive trees, seasonal flowers, and vibrant planting borders give the project a distinct character. Expansive lawn areas provide flexible use, while children’s playgrounds, sports courts, and relaxation terraces cater to different age groups. The landscape functions as the primary backbone of social life within the project.
