In the OYAK Yalova Çiftlikköy project, the landscape design adopts a strategic approach that transforms the sloping terrain into a terraced living scenario. A linear green network connecting the building blocks functions as a strong interaction axis, bringing social life to the heart of the project. Existing level differences are enriched through amphitheater steps, viewing terraces, and water channels, creating visual depth and spatial richness. Children’s play areas and sports facilities are positioned along this social spine, while pedestrian routes free of vehicular traffic provide a safe and permeable environmental experience.

The planting design emphasizes a layered composition and seasonal variation. Linear rows of cypress reinforce perspective, while broad-canopy tree groupings provide shade and enhance microclimatic comfort.
Shrub borders and groundcovers create a balanced transition between softscape and hardscape, while colorful paving and play elements introduce a dynamic character to the project. Water features and reflective channels serve as both aesthetic and calming focal points. The landscape is conceived as the primary spatial backbone that organizes social life.
