Quick China
In the Quick China Cappadocia Restaurant project, we approached the landscape design through a concept that combines the spatial tranquility of Far Eastern philosophy with the strong geographical character of Cappadocia. The sculpture located on the main entrance axis and the red wall elements framing it were designed as threshold spaces that both emphasize the brand identity and evoke the "passing through the gate" ritual in traditional Chinese gardens.
Red was used not merely as a corporate choice, but as a design element that added symbolic depth to the space with its meanings of power, abundance, and invitingness. Wooden pavilions, torii-like transitional elements, and linear water surfaces were incorporated to create a layered circulation scenario that disconnects the visitor from the city and immerses them in a thematic garden experience.

Within the landscape organization, hardscape, lawn areas, and natural stone compositions are structured through a balanced interplay of solid and void, emphasizing spatial equilibrium. Bonsai-like, calligraphic tree forms are combined with shrubs in red and green tones, while rock groupings and level differences are carefully arranged to reinforce a Zen garden aesthetic.
Seating niches create social focal points, while semi-open dining areas are seamlessly integrated into the landscape, achieving a balance between privacy and permeability. In this way, the project highlights its Far Eastern identity through red axial elements, offering a calm and meditative garden experience that strengthens the user’s sensory perception and connection with nature.
